WHO IS A CONTINUING EDUCATION STUDENT?
A
Continuing Education (CE) student:
- Is
not pursuing an academic degree
- Enrolls
in non-credit courses, seminars, workshops or institutes offered through
or in collaboration with HUCE for which Continuing Education Units
(CEUs) can be earned
OR
- Enrolls
in academic courses on a part-time basis for credits (a) if space
is available and (b) if he/she has satisfied the necessary prerequisites
at Howard University or at another institution
AND
Pursues
a maximum of 11 academic credits per semester at the undergraduate
level and at the graduate level a maximum of 6 credits
